Hello all!

Today is my anniversary! My husband and I have been married two years now. I honestly don't know how he's put up with me this long, ha ha. This year we decided to celebrate a few days early, this past Tuesday, due to my husband having to work all day today. We went over to Disney's Magic Kingdom for dinner and ate at Be Our Guest. The food there was amazing. We first started off with the French Onion Soup which was honestly the best I've ever had. We each had a glass of the banana and lemon Riesling wine, which sounds so weird but was actually pretty darn good. So good, I wanted another glass of it but decided to try the Enchanted Rose wine which was great at first but bitter in the end, so I guess I should have stuck with the first one. For the entree' we decided to share since we couldn't decide on what to get. We got the braised tips and the grilled butter steak. We ordered the steak medium-rare, it came out RARE like extremely rare. Once they fixed the issue the steak was on point. The braised tips were also an excellent dish with asparagus and potatoes. For desert we got a triple chocolate cupcake. If you ever go here make sure to not skip the desert, get it to go if you have to like we did, you won't regret it. The whole dining experience was absolutely amazing and is definitely a go to place if you visit Disney and love Beauty and the Beast. My only complaint was our server was just awful, barely came back for refills on water or asked us how the food was, it must have been an off night for her or something. We ended up eating in the Belle's Music hall which was beautiful but we wish we could have eaten in the west wing. After dinner we toured the castle, then we rushed off to our next destination; Disney Springs.

We had an 11:15 movie to catch and we made it to the ticket booth right at 11:15 to purchase tickets. We went to the Disney Springs AMC Dine In to see the live action Beauty and the Beast! We ended up drinking our way through the movie buying a total of 6 drinks, malibu and coke and beer, for only $30. Not bad seeing as its Disney and EVERYTHING is overpriced! I have nothing but great things to say about Beauty and The Beast. I know some don't like it as its not the "original" but being a pretty big fan of the original I really did enjoy it and so did Ryan! We talked about the movie literally the whole way home. Emma Watson was a perfect Belle. I would totally recommend seeing the movie if anyone has thought about seeing it or was debating on going.

I'd say we had a pretty good anniversary night for only having a few hours to plan and to actually go out on a date! As for today, we took Aidan down to the pool, got him this awesome frog floatie with a lily pad top and had lunch at our local restaurant. Have I mentioned we live on a resort? Our pool has a lazy river, a water slide, a hot tub with a spa, restaurant and arcade on site. Pretty cool huh? ;)

Before we wrap things up... who else has been watching April the Giraffe? I'm like totally obsessed and praying she has this baby today, I mean how cool would it be if she had her baby on our anniversary right? I know, wishful thinking. Ha ha.

Anyway, hope everyone has a wonderful Sunday afternoon!
