Khols VS DDD Bras

I do apologize for the infrequent posts lately. Like I mentioned in my last post I have been battling what I thought was the flu (I webMD'd myself...) I'm still getting over this nasty cold but today I thought I would sit down and write about this topic that actually my husband told me to write about last night! So thanks hubby ;)

I've never been a frequent shopper of Khols in my adulthood, in my teens my aunt used to take me shopping all the time. But as an adult, the styles just have not caught my attention like they used to when I was younger. Recently, me and my husband celebrated our second anniversary so we decided to get fancy and go buy new clothes. The closest clothing retailer to us was Khols, so we decided to go try it out. After an hour of walking through the store we had picked out our outfits and decided I needed some new undergarments. We headed over to the bra section and ladies I was blown away by their bras! I seriously wanted all the Candies bras, not going to lie. Since having my son, my bra size has grown a considerable amount. I used to be a D and now i'm a DDD. So here I am, searching for this super cute sexy bra that I was dying to have and all I can find are A's, B's and the occasional C. After searching three racks of the same bra, I knew that it was a lost cause. So for kicks, I start searching all the candies bras just to see if they even had any D's! To my surprise, I did not find a single D bra. Continuing to search not giving up hope, finally Ryan says "You're not getting a Candies today.. " I still needed a bra, so we started looking around at other bras. Ladies, we searched literally the whole "cute" bra section... and ONLY found about 2 DD bras, and not one DDD. I honestly think Khols has it out for us bigger chested women. I didn't want to give up hope, I just KNEW Khols wouldn't hate on us ladies like that. At the very back of the bra section, was a small and when I say small, it was literally like a half a rack of DDD bras. They weren't sexy nor were they even remotely cute... they were literally grandma bras (not trying to offend anyone) above is a picture of one of the "grandma" bras they had on their racks. They had maybe 4 bras and they were all the same size, 32 DDD. Feeling very disappointed and cheated by Khols, I decided to go with a smaller bra because I literally HAD to have a white bra for my shirt I was purchasing. What I don't get is why can't bigger chested girls have cute sexy bras too like the smaller chested ladies? If your going to sell these cute Candies bras make sure to at LEAST have one or two DDD in stock so us bigger boob girls don't feel so degraded. I shouldn't have to buy "grandma" bras because I have a bigger boobs! I do get there are places that sell cute sexy DDD bras but i'm not talking about those places. We asked a sales associate and you know what she tells us, which made this situation worse. "Oh, we only get a few DDD bras in once a month" ONCE A MONTH??? Are you serious?! So basically your saying F- the bigger chested woman your only catering to the smaller chested ladies.. Khols get it together, we are women, we vary in sizes. We aren't all the same size, when you have racks upon racks of smaller sizes and a HALF a rack for bigger sizes something is wrong! Needless to say, Khols was a tease and I now I know not to go bra shopping there anymore.

Seriously though, if you don't struggle with ever finding your size that's awesome. If you haven't ever checked out the DDD bras please just do a google search on DDD bras and you'll see that most out there are not even that cute. There are some don't get me wrong, but the majority out there are not geared for young adults.
